Strictly track car

I'm wondering if anyone has taken the emissions system off yet. I live on a farm with a strip, and only take it out to tracks, so the emissions need to go. I've heard just taking the cat off won't work, any ideas?

nope, not without a stand alone engine management.. your ECU relies on signals from your o2, EGR and other emissions related sensors..

and your car will still be slow if you take all that stuff off ;)

You can remove your cats, but you still need front a/f sensor (on the header) and the rear O2 sensor (on the midpipe)
