I finally got my Yaris, here r my first 2 pics at the dealer, I was tooexcited to take any more!!! I believe I am one of the only people in the Bay area to own a 2009 3 door S!!!! (mine had to be shipped here from bakersfield).

First thing is first, I am going to need a steam clean for the engine because it is FILTHY, seriously, I don't understand how a new car with 7 miles on it could have such a filthy engine bay, did they drive it thorugh a swamp or something?!! My first planned mod is a leathery, black center arm rest from micro image! Then I am going to need to get some tanabe nf's and some better rims (i am considering looking for the kind of rims that came with the 05 mr2 spyders, or I might get the oem alloy rims that come with the 09 S so I can keep my tires and my TPMS.) I also want an aem intake and possibly a muffler (probably TRD), but to keep noise down, I might get just a muffler tip for looks tho. I was originally planning to get some clazzio's, but I just can't bear to cover up those shiny seats! (the 09 s has the same pattern as the 08 base, but instead of blue specs, there are shiny silver specs.) The best thing about a Yaris is the payments are so great, I can afford mods right away!!!

BTW if there are any Yaris S deprived people in the bay who are thinking of getting an 09 3 door S, PM me and I will take you for a test drive! I know I would have loved to test drive the S, but there are none in the bay area!!

Tomorrow I will update this post with comparo pics between my Yaris and my mom's 4runner, then when I can find a place to park, I will get some comparos of my Yaris and my Caddy! (my caddy is like 2 1/2 times the length!!)

I was thinking (and hoping) the same thing. I would not take delivery of a brand new car that was dirty! But I suspect they will clean it...

They should, I had them detail my car twice, before i picked it up, then i had to bring it in because i found a missing fuse for the interior lights and radio. at that point 500 miles, I had them detail it and clean it up again. =)
