Does anyone know if Toyota's "Star Safety System" or aftermarket equivalent can be fitted on an '06-'08 LB?

is that the extra airbags ?? because i had to get mine put in when it was built it took like 3 months

It's a package that includes traction control. Standard on all US 2010 Yaris models.

I would think that an aftermarket kit would be unlikely.

As for adding the OEM system; it could be done, but would most likely be far more expensive than trading in an 07-09 for the 2010.

I prefer the styling on my '08 to the restyled new ones. I have driven it in snow and found it quite good. The idea of upgrading appeals to me. Cant cost more than the cost difference between mine and a new one. I've become quite attached to my Blazing Blue.
