Cut bumpstops IF using upgraded struts?

I've done a ton of reading and the general consensus seems to cut a bit off of the bumpstop, but it's always in regards to using stock struts. How about if it's paired up with a set like TRD or Tokicos? I havn't been able to get a straight answer

Please by all means this is not intended to start another bumpstop debate.
