Question aFe CAI questions

ok so i have been on this site since my wife got her new 07 yaris in 06. have done nothing to it at all cause at the time there was NOTHING to do...now i find this aFe cai and she thinks it looks cool.


my question is which one? on the site they show 2 a dry one and a wet one. which perform better and lasts longer?

Wet vs Dry.

This always makes for a good debate. Let the games begin.

Both perform relatively the same. Wet just requires maintenance.

Just get the dry one. BTW, I had the aFe on my xA. It will be loud under full throttle. You might want to let her know that before you get it. My wife bitched about it enough that I finally yanked it and threw on a TRD CAI.

are you looking at the one on microimage? i'm pretty sure there's only one, and it's the dry one. It's a reusable filter, so it can last a long time. I know afe's site they say it's over 200 bucks, but on microimage it's 170. click here for the intake on garms site. hope this helps
