Con rods and Pistons

Hi, well am thinking of fitting a turbo kit on my 2nzfe engine. I'd like to change the pistons and rods as well since they aren't powerful to hold some boost. I was thinking if it is possible to fit the K3-VET pistons and rods since the engine is similar and the engine comes with a turbo! It could be very cheap as well instead of making carillo rods, cp pistons or wiseco etc... I'd like some opinions and if it's possible to be made. Thanks
