FS: Brand NEW toyota Alternator!

Brand new Alt! Not pulled from a junker this is the real deal. I got it to fix my wifes car thinking I could return it if it was the Battery and not the alt. Parts counter lied and I am stuck with an alt I paid over 700 for. I need this thing gone.

I paid 700 I will let it go for only 300! obo

I may be new here, but I have good feedback on ebay. If your interested PM me.

Not many of us have 400 clams either. I just got a slightly used one for $60. I am sorry but I think you might be stuck with that one. One of those little things you learn is most if not all places when dealing with electrical stuff is that they don't do returns (usually found in the small print or on a small sign taped to a wall where you can't see it). Oh and welcome to the site.

Yep, I only viewed to maybe pick up a spare, and was looking for just slightly under $400.

Good luck with sale though - nice looking alternator!

Probably, but those aren't Genuine Toyota parts. They are pos 3rd party knock offs or referbished. I am selling a Brand new from Toyota Alt. I know its a bit steep, but the 700 I dropped on it is even worse. 400 OBO isn't a bad deal considering.

Genuine Toyota replacement is about $400 new. Probably will sell faster at just a little less.

OK I still need this thing gone. It is brand spanking new. Never installed!

I can let it go for 300 OBO! Thats half what a new one should cost, and over a 400 loss to me. I need the cash for Christmas so lets move this part!

Has anyone else had to replace their alternators? My bearings went at 40,000 miles and the dealer cost for a new one is $575.
Is it me our does 40,000 seem a bit bit too soon to have to replace it?
