Help with fitment
Lately I been loving old school wheels... Or I think I been playing too much cartown ...
Anyways, I am looking at SSR MK series... (cause for some reason the MKIII is in cartown lolol)... I think MKII or MKIII will look good. Blue on white wheels... http://www.ssr-wheels.com/wheels/ssr.asp I'm looking for a good flush fitment. No not hellaflush fitment. I take my car to the tracks. I want a good "race" flush... I'm a newb when it comes to wheel fitment. And I know each wheels have different fitments. Spoke designs, barrel designs and etc... Anyone know a good fitment? |

On my sedan, I have 17x7.5" rims. They're +38 in offset, and sit pretty nicely and flush, but not HF. I have 10mm rear hub spacers in the rear.

This did rub pretty bad in the rear when I had people in the car, so it requires a fender roll to decrease any rubbing. I rubbed in the front, but I just trimmed the fender liner where it rubbed. Running stretched tires would help too, but it was a set rim/tire package. How big do you want the rims to be? That should help us decide on what's a good offset and width for you. |
