Lowest coils for 3 dr?
Looking to get coils for a 3dr yaris. Its a 2008 and i want something that goes pretty low. I see most and the cars look low but not really tucking that well. I had the D2, megan and ksport in mind. Which go pretty low? Thank you in advance.

Kido, Megan and Silkroad are lowest. Kido and Silkroad also include adjustable swaybar links which are very helpful when going super low.

Im on Ksport coilover.
Only comment is that the front cant go low is due to the linkage which the coilover doesnt come with. So im looking for adjustable front links. However the rear goes really really low, even with the springs push right up the the highest limits. however the main reason for this is partially contributed by the rear shocks design and the spring perch. The rear spring preach design is not that good - so there is also a limit on how much you can extend the shocks, open too much and there is a risk that the springs dont sit properly on the pearch and might pop out if you hit a very bad pot hole or a bump real hard. The length of the rear shocks cannot be extended to much as it also affects the rebound, i was experimenting with it and the rear was literally riding on the shocks with like zero rebound (lol) That is my experience and what i found out so far for ksport, otherwise it is a pretty good setup once done up properly. |
