Question What is the thickness of new brake pads and shoes

The shoes are at 4mm and the pads are at 8mm. Car has almost 43K and the rotors need to be resurfaced. Dealer quoted $145 to resurface both rotors. Is this the going rate?

Thanks

Do you see any scoring/uneveness on the rotors? Why does he say they need resurfacing?

cheaper to just buy new rotors... metal warps and stays warped(and is weaker) after been constantly heated/cooled.. buy new rotors and save yourself a serious headache
