There are two separate fuses for the two sides H-LP RH and H-LP LH.

Does the headlight icon light up on the cluster?

Check the ECU-B fuse in the under hood fuse panel.

The high beam indicator is separate from the headlights on indicator. The headlights on one is driven by the control side of the circuit and the high beam indicator is driven by power flowing through the bulbs, so if both bulbs were bad, that would be one possible explanation.

Besides verifying that both bulbs aren't completely bad, check the H-LP/AMT Relay in the little box on the passenger side, under the hood. Have someone else turn the headlight switch on and off, while you listen closely for the relay to click as they do.
