JUst Got a very cool 2010 barcelona hot red SEDAN with 4 spped with auto overdrive. read by awesome MPG blog on worst roads tests ....THIS CAR IS TRULLY amazing. LOVE IT EVERYTIME WE GET IN... TALL SEATS, FULL OVERSIZE CUP HOLDERS FOR STARBUCKS GRANDE' SIZE drinks rear area vents for passengers like a prius....AWESOME CAR... any bought it PREOWNED for 12k looks and runs like new. BAD ASS RIDE for not much green. Now for the " LOVE MODS "
Have WINDOW AIR VENTS on all4 LOOKS COOL And keeps car cooler by 20 degrees by cracking the window and letin cool or hot in or out. Check it out on google pic search for look....very styleish. omy 30.00 bucks. Crack windows when parked sucurly. no extra nioise on freeway open. keep rain and snow out. use a/c less for BIG MPG inprovements.... GET IT..... NEXT MOD rear bumber guard its needed on hatch or SEDANS. low truck clearance means SCRATCHES are comming soon. Wife scratched the bumper bad with travel case... NO Problem... Just hide it and protect the whole top bumper....instant marrige saver !!!! looks cudtom to got it on Ebay for 30.00 also... a mod that got a reason is my motto. NEXT many people and reviewsers of cars bitch about " CHEAP PLASTIC in most under 25k cars....DUH. I always buy a CARPETED DASH MAT FOR MY RIDE... heres why..1. it takes any glare away form the hard plastic dash. 2. it makes the car more UPSCALE... you can rest stuff with felcro attached to it like cells, game units....ect.. The main reason is also my wife is a semi-pro photographer and front window shots got wasted because of the windshield glare. BLACK OR GRAY full dash mats stop a bad out the windsheld shot during your trips and make them nice.... SO 30.00 bucks again is the cost at amazon and ebay.. for most. no big deal... FINAL MOD TO HELP MPG under 12.00 When we picked up the car from the dealer I noticed small nicks on the door jam and edge of the front and back dorrs.....SIMPLE FIX with MPG IMPROVEMENT TO BOOT !....Went to pepboys and got BLACK DOOR EDGING 50 ft of 25 ft will do. I got edging about 1/4 inch wide on both sides and did the trunk and all doors and front hood. CUSTOM LOOK stops door chips and is areodynamic improvement adds tighter seals to all edges, door hood ,trunk Makes slightly higher MPG too. COOL MODS GET MORE LOOKS and it looks SHARP with little time too.. VERY LAST MOD ...Notice how camry trunks has that very solid thump and YARIS DOESNT. FIX THAT TODAY..... USE edgeing on exposed edges of rear licence and front one if you want.. Get 5 or 5 small sqaures of felcro front and back parts together for cush and place under back truck licence .top left top right and bottom left and right on on center too. now when closing truck the back sounds solid like a lexus not a low end ford.
