Saw this posted on FB from a friend of a friend. It is messed up and if you wish to read up how messed up this really is, please do and sign if you can.

But short story is: A new college engineer, top in all his classes, top athlete, top scholar, humble, a real nice guy decides to walk home from a celebration. Girl, 18, drunk and high out driving at like 4AM or something, hits him, kills him, leaves him to die. Returns home, sees it on the news, tells her dad who calls up THE FORMER DA for SD, who then tells authorities. Judge wants her to serve probation cuz she has a job and no record. Kind of misses the fact that the friend of friend also has a new career designing military/civilian aircraft components, not only has no record but has impeccable integrity and is genuinely a nice guy dies cause she doesnt even have one ounce of decency to stop her car and at least call 911 to report a guy lying on the side of the road.
