Yaris Sedan 07 Head Unit

I have recently purchased an 07' Yaris Sedan...i was looking to change the head unit for this car...as i am not much impressed by the built-in factory radio. The issue i am having is that this radio is built into the dash...meaning to say like shown in the picture....now my question is....would it possible for me to get an after market dash kit for this kinda radio...Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
