Various scratched spots

Hello All,

This time I'm bringing an embarrassing story which makes me want to kill myself and has made me very sad as I love my yaris. I was cleaning my car after accumulating about month and a half worth of bird poop and as it was pretty difficult to remove it I tried to using a crappy kitchen metal rag and scratched various spots of my car. They are light scratches which seem to not be there if the area is wet, but show up as soon as the spots dry. Front hood, ceiling, bumper, left/right doors are all scratched when I tried to remove the bird poop from these. Plus an old small dent from someone opening the door and hitting my car.

I don't plan on taking it to any shops, etc for a while, but I do want to hear if that is the best option? ( I don't have any means to do the job by myself either)
