Fun with the beater

I was tired of the rust on my beater so I've started gringing, filling and painting it CADPAT

I love it. Kinda looks pixels.

What if you too a jpg and blew it up really big and painted it on your car. Up close it would look like random blotches, but from a distance it would look like the picture.

well the idea was to make it like my combat uniform, so yes it is "pixelated". I'm even gonna stick on the flag on the left door and maybe even paint the roof blue (blue berret). It's all in good fun

I know I used tan instead of brown though, but Crappy Tirre was out of it so I took tan LOL and it actually looks more tan after it fades 2 washes later(it doesnt look nice like that sample very long!).... Smaller pixels would have taken longet to do though, and with rattlecan paint I'm not sure if it woulda came off when taking off masking tape. That load bearing vest is cool, but I'm in the air force so I just get issued the Pattern 1982 (or 1984? I cant remember) webbing.

It looks better in the picture than real life, at least up close anyways. I am by no means a professional bodyman nor do I have propor bodywork tools, but the rust is gone and there's no bare matal! lol I'm gonna do a bit more each weekend I think if I have the cash (32% property tax increase and 12% lot lease increase etc really hurt projects like this!)
