Speedometer not working - Funcargo / yaris verso

I cleaned my meter and it looks good. I out everything back together and now the speedo doesn't work.

When I drive needle randomly struggles up to 50kph. Not real reading.

Is it because of the blue empty port below?? I can't find what cable goes in there.. Is it necessary?
