Yaris MK4 Headlights/Taillights Swap

Greetings, 2020 Toyota Yaris Mk4: I’m considering replacing the stock halogen headlights and taillights with the OEM LED versions (if possible ofc : smile:). The connectors appear the same based on the photos.

Has anyone done this? Is it plug-and-play, or are additional modules, wiring changes, or ECU coding required?
