Congrats To My Brother
with what my brother says as just 15-ish total hours of me teaching him how to drive, he got his license today with only a 3 point deduction. finally, he can quit bugging me for a ride somewhere.

hide your keys or sleep with them. have them in your pocket at all times.

hahaha, no way is he ever going to drive my Yaris. he doesn't know how to drive a stick. he'll be using my dad's Camry.
lol...i'm also teaching him how to DIY, such as changing your oil, washing and waxing your car, changing light bulbs, etc. |

hahaha, nope, it's a '99 Camry...not exactly my taste...but it's still a car/Toyota.
yeah, i like the new Camry's, but they need to have the factory ground effects and spoiler to look its best. |

at least your dmv takes it seriously... here in AZ... they let people pass waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too easily.
It's like a 10 minute drive around the neighborhood and you're done. no parallel... just one y-turn and one normal parking D: Come save me from this teens w/ SUV madness! |

wow, it's at least 4 left turns and 4 right turns here. also, they make you back up for what seemed like half a block. switch a lane or two, and park back into a DMV parking lot (lots of stops too).

When i took my driver's test at the age of 16... which was... 6 years ago!! *gasp*.. anyway.. all I did was drive around, did a back around the corner and the dumbest part was that they told me to do uphill parking.. on completely FLAT land.
No parallel parking either. But now, I hear that they're suppose to make things tougher in IL. for 16-yr-olds getting their license for the first time, they need 9 months of hours instead of how many ever it was before heh. |

22 is not old...but yeah, heh, that seemed like an easy test compared to now-a-days.
