DRL Questions.

Hey guys.
I was wondering what bulb the DRL bulb is for the 08 LB. I looked at the guide, but I just wanted to make sure that DRL is the same as parking light, which is 2825. I actually want to change the color of it. Haven't really decided what color yet. I have it disabled already, but when I got my alarm wired in, it's active, but just via remote. So if you could confirm that I have the right bulb and maybe point me to a reputable spot to shop for a new bulb. I don't really trust ebay bulbs for they might be too weak, fitment issues, and electrical problems.

Thanks.

Rich

There is no bulb involved in DLR's it is simply a box that regulates the amount of voltage to your headlights. The headlight bulbs are h4 so if you wanted to change those go ahead.

Hope this helps.

Sorry bud but my yaris has the drl separated from the low beam. Maybe the lowbeam thing is pre 08?

Thanks jerkratt. The only real post on this thread.
Your car is looking sweet.

I went and took a look at it and well that kind of sucks. Why the hell didn't they just make our cars use the parking lights as the DLR's, instead of both the lows and parking.

I think it is inevitable that I will soon remove the relay and support a YarisWorld vendor.
