^Well Im saving for my new wheels and springs. Not going to go turbo for a while, but will save alittle each month for it. Maybe in a year ill go turbo. So not much mods on my end but I see others are really looking good! Too bad you wont be here for the meet and greet.

good system i had them on my tc before i changed em up the fitment is dead on and the intercooler needs a little fitment to the front crash beam nothing major

well thats the thing that everyone is always referring to when having to "tune" the kit.

There is:

AEM FiC: $350? around there. Not as expensive, however, garm and 3 others were unsuccessfull when trying to tune their kits with it. BUT, evan supposedly tuned his custom kit with an AEM FiC and had success with it. He's tuned like 3 other cars with it I believe, so he is probably pretty good with it.

Greddy Emanage blue: $350? around there? the ZPI kit used this and it's the management that chinocharles is using on his used turbo kit (ZPI) that he picked up recently. It works, but a lot of people say that thing is crap.

Greddy Emanage Ultimate: $600-700$? The is a step up from the emanage blue. I don't know the difference,but supposedly this one is better than the blue. (This is the one I am going to use to tune.)

Kiwisquirt (or something like that?): price?? noone with a yaris has used this one

Fcon (or something?): price?? expensive management that noone has used yet, i think.

Then there are standalones that you take out your ECU and use those to completely replace it.

OR, You can send your ECU to a tech tuner in Japan for about 800 bucks and have the Limiters removed on your ECU and have it uploaded with a better engine map. Better yet, run 2 ECU at once if you have the programming knowledge. Plenty of different options lol

difference between emanage and emanage ultimate is that the ultimate can go more in deept to tuning the the emanage blue can also the ultimate will allow you to run on map based and remove the maf sensor completely as it sends the signal to the computer tricking it. the ultimate also allows you to build a street map and a race map and flip a switch and the map is used which ever you want. the aem fi/c is able to tune the factory maf sensor to be able to run with non factory based turbo engines and or still cancel the maf out and run only on the map sensor. so the two ultimate and aem fi/c are comparable to each other but is able to tune differently

well see the tune is still holding the learning part thats never going to happen i dont understand why peepo keep saying that the tunes wont hold when they ran into the same problem with the tc and they figured a way around that so idk what evers if it does stumble then i guess i re wire this car and run the yaris map on a hydra system for the tc and just run it that way. but so far so good knock on wood. im going to try a bigger turbo this weekend to see if it will lag or whats the deal with it

how the heck is your intake manifold leaking coolant you sure thats not the throttle body since the coolant dont run through the intake manifold why dont you by pass the coolant lines to the throttle body you dont need them going in to there anyways unnecessary heat. mine is by passed i just connected the two hoses together

yeah coolant only runs threw the throttle body um you just need a male to male barb fitting and some hose clamps. then look for the two colant line should be two of them and just un hook and hook them together and good to go

Got a truck 2 days ago. It was stock. Swapped in some bucket seats, dropped it, added a new rear bumper, and some 18" wheels. Sweat a lot and got a little bit darker from working in the sun. Damn it was hot. You can see my "hawaiian creeper"/sun shade on the cab.

My dad bought a new LC motor for his truck, so once I swap that in I can steal some stuff off his old motor. Dual chain conversion, TRD stage II cam, etc. I sold my 240 for the wheels + cash; the cash will go towards some dual 40's, LC pro header, and a exhaust. Found a guy selling a chrome grill and corners; hopefully I can pick it up later this week. Should be good for now since my drag car also needs some attention. Got a little bit better (non-phone) picture:

japan is taking all my money damn it o wells. yes i am building a vip sedan vip does consist of the junction produce fusa the pretzel and the curtains and chrome trim like the door handle pillar outside ect. for the show i have some 16" axis racer x rims with 2.5 in lip on the front and straight 5 in lips on the rear the car is slammed as much the kit will allow which isnt much. headlights i have toyota japan stock belta hid headlights it actually is a japan stocked item and doesnt have the yellow price tag $1200 for em. tails for now is just the stock ones until i find something i like. the body kit is the naristo kit or considered the vip kit. and the newest addition is some swaroski crystaled toyota emblems from garson. im trying to debate if i want to convert to rhd or not because i can get everything up here since ill be here til the end of june. im also thinking of compound boosting my yaris which consists of a turbo and sc and yes it can be done they do em on 350 chevys and stuff. but yeah i will be at the show so just hold on and bare with it im pretty sure it wont let anyone down and maybe after the show it might go for sell as i might buy another one and build it totally different but idk yet price prolly be set at the price of a brand new one so yeah peace out for now.

it all depends on the amount of air that's used. with one tank, you can go up and down many times....say the amount of air stored in the tank is 190psi, and drops down to 160, the compressor will then turn on even though there's still a good amount of air left. so from 160 to 190, the compressor takes a good 2-4 minutes.

i have 1 stock motor and 1 highly tuned race motor coming back i have a bunch of rims strut bars a bunch of brand new turbos i think i have 6 of them and bov and controllers i have 3 camcons 3 extra headsets some seats and and a bunch of ecus and some other crap coming back its about 2 pallet worth right now theres more thats going to be leaving shortly i think another 2 pallets this load got doors panels interior stuff exterior stuff like 4 sets of rims and tires and some stickers that cant get couple replacement badges and such

shipping is normal find a company thats going to usa and ship it customs theres no payment for it you just cant bring in more then usa $800.00 worth thats why i send them to friends at $800.00 increments but thats all really. the first shipment will prolly be there end of the month. i mean so long it doesnt get stopped at customs that is but the motors and stuff i bringing back arent a dot or sae required part so dont matter. but my uncle for the navy ships it that way under him cause there alotted more and its free and i dont have to worry. shipping cars are a pain tho cause if they no pass dot and sae regs they get sent back which all of them wont pass so if you not bringing a car in then no matter. or make friends with shop owners they can bring in atleast 10 grand usa.

we are suppose to have three going in the show all different models and set ups the hatch is going for show stopper kine status mine going vip status and my friend 5 door going be all racer racer like stripped interior kine. but all are turbo'd and only 2 of them running air the other one is on coils but the 5 door is going gangsta on the rims with some 20's. i might switch mine to 19 fronts and 20 rears but dont know yet.

are you serious? nearly every post in this thread has been about all this shit you're doing to a yaris. going to japan for parts, sending the engine to the mainland, and whatever else i misssed. you also posted a parts list in that thread YOU started, how is that NOT posting anything? and try to stick to the topic at hand: i don't like how you shove it everyone's face all this shit you're doing to it, then when they wanna see it, you get all pissy and whiny about how it's a secret. that's ALL i have a problem with (aside from the fact you don't know how to use periods, making all your posts one huge headache). what i do on forums has NOTHING to do with what you post. "noobs" is a derogatory term on the net, btw, so you pretty much just insulted all the people who're beginning to mod, who are NOT bragging because they're either a) seeking advice or b) asking people's opinion. completely different from you.

i also find it pointless to "argue in person" since you can't even provide valid argument points. or use a period. something a 12 year old would do. nor are you worth my time. i voiced my points (which you barely even countered). hell, even though peter probably doesn't like me, he agreed. that being said, i'm done. call me a hater or an internet tough guy or whatever you want.
