front-right tire rubbing

i replaced my oem wheels and tires of my 09 yaris sedan with 16x7 konig feather, 40mm offset'', 205/50/16 tires, there is rubbing on the front-right side tire every time i turn (full turn) to the left. what is the possible cause of rubbing? and why only in the right-front wheel? thanks for any answers guys..

My 205s just barely rub on the fender well liner when the wheel is fully turned. It only happens in one direction as well, but I don't remember which.

Is rubbing on the fender or to the chassis?

You'll only experience this on full-lock, and it will be very minor rubbing on the fender liner. Nothing to worry about.

funny thing, reason why is rubing on one side is because (at first I though it was my car, but now I hear you guys saying is happening to you) the left wheels, both front and back are about 1/2 inside more than the wheels on the right. I installed a pair of 15x8, +10 offset for autocrossing and noticed this. At first i though the wheels were fucked up. so I took them out and measured them. In the end, I was kinda sad because my car has had this offset since born, I guess bad QA from toyota. This is one of the things I have to fix on my car in the future. Washers hola!!

I have the same problem (rubbing chassis) with corolla 16x6 et45 rims and solve it with a good wheel alignment...not big issue...
