Actually this is not necessarily true... The image is already stored in your browser cache, so unless you reload the page by skipping the cache (Ctrl+Shift+R in Firefox), you're only loading it locally (from your hard drive).

Yup, or ctrl+f5

150 kb at a time. If 100 people hard refreshed 10 times a day that would be 150 megabytes. You could successfully put a photobucket account over the bandwidth limit, but hardly touch a spam server.

I still ctrl f5'd a couple times out of spite....
