Thomas, would it be too much to ask if you could post features of the Yaris over there? I have had discussions with guys at our meet over here, and wonder if there are things that you can get that maybe are not part of the accessories. Just a thought.

There's quite a few things available here as options, or on the high-grade cars, but it's not so easy to order them, as they are not considered accessories. Stuff like the keyless entry/ignition system, the A-pillar trims with built in tweeters... Even if I can get them, they probably will not be cheap.

Exclamation Important message on the LED side mirrors

It is highly possible that the LED side mirrors will not fit some/all US models.

I was making a DIY part II(Continuing where Etimago left off)when I noticed that there was a major error w/ the mirror.

Can you see the difference?

Circled which prongs don't fit/there's an extra/or is missing

Tried my best to aligned the pictured as best as possible

I'll try my best to describe my car to the best of my abilities.
My car is a 2007 3 door Toyota Yaris with the power package(in California). That includes power: doors, steering, windows, sideview window, and auto locks.

Like Etimago mention, the mirror is a bit bigger/thicker then the stock version and some prongs point the other directions too.

ah dammit... Thanks for finding that out, vodkalush also reported the same problem, but I assumed it was just a sedan thing.

So where does this leave us... looks like two of the clips are aligned (the one in the bottom right corner, can you check on that?), so that's the bare minimum to hold the cover in place, but I think your best bet will be to remove the non-aligned clips and use some double sided tape (or even some velcro if you need it to be removable?) along the top edge to hold the cover in place.

I'm really sorry for this mishap, guys, who would have thought Toyota would manufacture two different versions of the exact same thing?

Not your fault Thomas... we here over in the US should have double checked with the picture you provided for us.

I'll figure out a way... and if it's easy I'll let you guys know...

Here's to hoping I have the same mirrors as eTiMaGo's!
Is there any way to check on my shipment's status, Thomas?

Yes, I wonder if it's a 3-door/5-door thing, or a difference by country of manufacture...

You could try that tracking number in the mexican post office website, it might tell you the name of the donkey on whose back the box is
