I noticed the same thing recently and switched them to a different email account and they work again, but if I switch back to my original email that they were sent to I get nothing (and nothing in my junk email either).

No idea why this is happening... I'm not affected by this myself.
Wish I could do some maintenance for you guys, but as you know, it's impossible for mods to do so.
