Rougher Idle with Increased Electricity Use

Is it normal for this car to have a rougher idle when anything electric is being used?

For example, if I'm sitting at a stoplight, and idle is normal, if I use the power window buttons (let's say 'up,' even if the windows are already up), as long as I hold them down the engine idle is definitely rougher. Not anything super bad, but you can definitely feel it. Or when i turn the steering wheel (electric power steering), or when the radiator cooling fan comes on/off, or when the turn signal is on, or even when the lights (both normal and low) are on.

I've replaced the MAF sensor, got that fancy K&N air filter, had the throttle body cleaned (also induction service, etc.), hell even had the fuel filter and pump replaced (purely preventative, nothing wrong with it, though def. time for the filter).

Any ideas?
