Changes from 07 to 09 Yaris LB

09 has a smaller top grill opening and different grill
09 has different foglight opening (looks like Yaris sedan)
09 has a square tow hook cover and "bumps" on the bumpers edges
The 09 tail lights have a clear bottom bar
One of the coolest changes is that the 09 muffler comes already painted black

The 09 interior has different shift boot (looks like leather) and really cool shift knob .
The seats in the 09 are covered in a charcoal "houndstooth" material .
The 09 bench backseat is 4way adjustable (degrees of tilt)
The coolest change of all (imo) is the gauge cluster lights color has been changed to orange . Much better on the eyes . Gives it a high dollar feel

I'll get pics as soon as the weather clears

Yeah, some of the changes are very nice. I didn't know the muffler was painted black; that was a good move.

Excellent pics.
Not a big fan of the orange guages though....
The seat material is a huge improvement over the guhaay polka dots.
Shifter and knob are sweet, I'll say!
Good luck!

shift boot is a HUGE improvement. also the climate control knobs no longer resemble giant bottle caps.

HTM Yaris,
Is that cracked fog light OEM/ factory part?
I have an Ebay light kit in my car. Sealed up the lenses real good with some Dow Corning RTV3145 Mil Spec stuff.
Your's the first Yari I've seen with a broken for lense.

That foglight is NOT factory . These are the yellow ebay lenses . This is what happens when a rock cracks the glass then water seeps in resulting in eminent bulb failure . Notice the yellow celophane inside the bulb . I won't be buying these again .

I figured all the gun freaks would love the checkered cut climate knobs

Oh Yeah , Cricket (my cat) say "Hello" to everyone

Any difference between '08 and '09 Yaris two-door hatchback? Like the seat fabric SANS the polka dots! Is that an '09 hatch?
