Commodore Amiga is 25 years old
http://www.vintagecomputing.com/index.php/archives/672
I had one. The most fun computing I've done EVER! Sadly, in a moment of extremely poor judgment (and lack of storage space) I actually threw mine in the dumpster some years ago. Kicking myself now. That wasn't a machine, it was an organic living thing and I killed it! |

I had a Commodore 64c, which should be around the same age. It might still work OK too, although I haven't tried for a long time. Still have tons of games for it (as in ~300).
Those were the days...

Wow that is , I love the signatures on the case of everyone that designed it. I remember my father using one at his job and was one of my first computer experiences when i was a kid.

The Macintosh is 26. Models up through the Mac Plus had the designers' names inside the case as well.

I also had C-64 and I used to spend hours playing games on it back in the early '80s
Back then, graphics were so bad that "gameplay" was king. |

I collect the Commodore portable; used to have one on the road with me. I have three perfectly functional units currently.

Memories...
I had a C-64. LOAD "*" ,8 ,1 So much fun at the time. I got rid of the hardware a while ago, but I still have a ton of 5.25" floppy disks, mostly games. Put many hours on that thing.

this thread is making me want to dig out my old pics and see if I can find it. I no longer have the hardware but I remember posing proudly next to it ... a long time ago! |

I had an Atari laptop that I wish I kept. Used it for music.
