Watch out with Newegg's bargain video cards, I had one totally blow a really sweet Amd/WinXPPro rig I put together: I mean completely smoked the damn thing, motherboard, chip and harddrive. All i had left was some questionable RAM and a cd burner. The deal looked very much like this one. It could be very risky.
