I always drive with my lights on, it helps alot and I get pulled out in front of less now. I can't stand jay walkers because if you hit them no matter what its probably going to be your fault. I also can't stand the people on bicyclesthey are supposed to obey the same laws as motor vehicles but most of them do not and run red lights and act like you are supposed to worship the ground they ride on. I actualy got T boned by a guy on a bicycle he was FLYING on the side of the road when it was a red light and I was making a right turn on red. Luckily he was ok and admitted he should have stopped.
