so who's at fault? both parties responsible...basically the person driving the car is at fault always if you ask my opinion of those statements.
any way...dont be an idiot...look where you 're going and be aware of your surroundings... um.....common sense. an object moving at high speeds has a hard time stopping...more-so with more momentum and weight behind it...so, STAY OUT OF IT'S WAY. |

common sense? That's something that doesnt exist in America if you have been living here for a long period of time or have observed in various places..ie: retail stores, on the road, etc..
