Shaking at 95-110 km/h

Hi to all, i have 2006 xp90 D4D manual transmission yaris. It is shaking when you hit the gas at 90 km/h to 120 km/h does it in 3rd, 4th or 5th gear. It goes off when you press the clutch. But the shaking is kind of circular motion like left to right.

What can be the cause any opinions? If you go slow on the gas it is ok but when you want to accelerate faster is starts to shake.

Thanks in advance.
