every company is required to add detergent additives to their gasoline so i really doubt the brand of gasoline is making a difference personally. true some companies add a little more and give them cool sounding names (V-Power, Techron) but like most things it comes down to more of a marketing gimmick than anything else.

if your car seems like it performs better some days than others it's more than likely just your imagination.
