More laws that we don't need. great... Why don't we just ban being alive at all, because that is where this bs is heading too.

If people do dumb things, let them pay the consequences of it. Let's not make a law for every dumb thing people do, its just rediculous. Take personal responsibility for yourselves and smack your family around to do it as well. If everyone did that, there wouldn't be a problem.

You cannot legislate common sense, so stop trying.
