This makes me wonder if there are different ring and pinion sizes for the speed sensor. Because I'm using the supposedly "STOCK" 185/60 R15 tire size, and I'm going 3.3% faster that what's indicated by my speedometer. Really annoying.
It coincides with what this calculator says:

Punch in 175/65 R14 for the first set and 185/60 R15 for the second set.
