My yaris is at 261000 km's so that's about 161000 miles. I have no plans of giving up this car yet. Would drive it across the country and back if I had too. Owned the car 2 years only parts I replaced were sway bar links and a muffler. Soon time to do the brakes as well.

There was a user that hit 500k miles, and that was quite some time back. If he still has it, I'm sure he's approaching 1 million.

My 2007 hatchback is at 432000 km or 268000 mi. I bought it new 10 years ago and it has been very good to me. I've had to replace the muffler several times, the front wheel bearings, and the alternator, but I think that's reasonable. Any other repairs were the result of impacts with wildlife. That car is responsible for the deaths of at least 4 raccoons, 2 skunks, 2 birds, 1 rabbit, 1 deer, and possibly a beaver? ( I suspect it was already dead before I hit it)

Hahaha, in my defense I should add that all those incidents were unintentional. I didn't even call my insurance company after the last incident, they would sooner write it off than repair it at this point, so I gave up on repairing the cosmetic damage and now my bumper is held together with gorilla tape.

You're a beast dude.

The Yaris is a tough little car. I've only gotten one pigeon with mine, but i did have a rather nasty encounter with a rock while on a 7500 mile Euro road trip last year. Bumper was being held on with cable ties and duct tape. I needed a donor front end, front bumper, splash tray.

I drove it 20,000 miles like that. Took me a week to fix it up new. Insurance would have written it off in a second. I hope to get another 10 years out of my 4 wheeled blue turd.

The dealership we just bought our car from said they had an xB on the lot for a little while with over 500,000 miles on it! It was up front by the main doors and was used by promotion for 'Toyota durability' more than anything else. That is, until a pizza delivery driver from Michigan came down to buy it for his deliveries! Gotta love that 1NZ-FE.

Yes I am still out here and my 08 hatchback is approaching 375,000 miles. Have not had anything go wrong lately so I have been quite. So far replaced water pump, alternator and EVAP cannsiter. Thats it accept for general stuff brakes, belts, etc. Wheel bearings may need attention soon or CV joints, something is making alittle noise up there. So far my wildlfe count is one raccoon and one deer. The raccoon I am pretty sure walked away from a direct hit at 60 mph and maybe thought I was bird. He was a big boy and bent the support in front of the radiator, cracked the front plastic. The deer hit me from the side and put a dent in the fender but also walked away.

My 07 Yaris Sedan has about 126k miles on it, there was a grind sometimes during shifting and had the tranmission replace for a small deductible because when I bought the car it came with a lifetime warranty for the power train.

Needless to say, I dont think I will be getting rid of it anytime soon...

Hello everyone, wanted to update my old comment.

We are now in 2022 with 203,000 thousand miles :D. I have been a lurker but this forum has been a resource for a lot of troubleshooting of my car. So thank you for that.

As I have had the car since 2007 and done some work on it I may start posting a bit more when I work on the car.

And here I was getting worried about approaching 140k miles. I do have a long drive from SoCal to Spokane in a few weeks. Good to know my car can probably make it.

Mine got me 7500 miles to the most northerly and remote part of Europe and back even with a busted up front end from a small collision and a worn out clutch. You'll be fine bro.

188 055 km on mine (about 116 000 miles).
I'm a second owner, bought her 2 years ago when she was 150-something.
Way to go!

Just hit 156k miles. Some squeaks and clunks here and there but still pretty good overall. Hoping to take the 1nz to at least 250k and then swap it.
