I'm still waiting on BlackYaris's stainless brake lines and rear disc conversion... If you can't even get those done then I'm betting an engine and tranny swap will NEVER happen.
Also, unless you can do the install yourself, you'll have $3000 in labor alone for a custom conversion, even if it will fit.
