motorcycle diaries follows che guevara and his best friend while he was in his early twenties. they embark on a motorcycle trip througout south america, where he faces the injustices the poor have to endure to get by in life, while the big oil/mining corporation exploit the land/people while getting filthy rich. he was going to be a doctor but the trip made him change his future into the che we know today.
y tu mama tambien has 2 young teenagers coming of age with an older woman. they learn about life and love. i saw it last year so my memory is not the best, but i know is a good movie.
