I am a little confused the spacer i have goes between the drum and the wheel and the ones in the pics are behind the drum
the studs i need to remove are different
i understand needing to knock them out but it looks like once loose i still wouldnt be able to back them out because the drum cluster wouldnt be deep enough to get them out
am i not understanding how you get the studs out?

Tamago had some really nice hubspacers (the one in the pics on the last page).

I've got them on our yaris.

I'd contact Tamago as his were a really great quality and fit perfectly.

FYI, I replaced the studs on my xB a few years back. I used 10mm H&R TRAK spacers, which were very nice and included extended lugs. The stud/drum thing was a PITA, but worth the effort.

Those are the spacers I'm interested in... I thought they were hubcentric?

Thanks. I was getting confused between hubcentric and hub spacers in general... Looks like those two terms are not interchangeable...

Then maybe you can't do this job yourself. You will need to disassemble the brake assembly if you cannot pull the studs out, and only then can you knock them out. Go borrow a slide hammer.
