Although I was simply reporting what J.D. Power said in its survey, I usually take all of these automotive surveys with a grain of salt. They don't quantify "problems" with the cars. Blown engine vs. broken cup holder: Both are "problems" with the car. However, the fewer the problems, you'd think the better, regardless.
Everyone loves these surveys when their car of choice is on top, and everyone hates them when they're at the bottom.
