progressive's "adjusters" aren't even really adjusters... just idiots with a college math degree, and 99% of the time, NO AUTO EXPERIENCE... just pisses me off... when i was with esurance, they used an independent adjuster who spent 20 years in auto body... however, one cannot say enough about a name branded carrier that has a local agent... someone that you can talk to if you have a question, someone to whom you are more than just a number...
