I love the "clean and adjust rear brakes".
How much does compressed air cost??? I'd bet they don't even remove the wheels. Just blast air in through the inspection port of the backing plate. And drum brakes are self adjusting. Just back up and hit the brake pedal. DONE! Stealerships: Peace of mind for the uneducated, a joke to those who know.
