Not sure about the LB, but the sedan headlights have a mounting point underneath each
one cause the Beltas have a factory HID option. That's where I put the ballasts for my headlights. For my foglights I mounted the ballasts behind the front bumper. Drilled 3 holes, screwed in the ballast and put a zip tie arund it for extra security. Here's a pic of my foglight ballast. Maybe you can use the same spot for your headlights.
