Definition section - with terms commonly used in the technical area

i like this idea because i do not know very much about cars. i can wash the car and put gas in it and thats about it.sad but true. my husband usually just does everything.

Terms such as offset, spacers, etc. I know you can google about and find what these terms mean, but I think it would help fellow n00bs be able to pick up the lingo more quickly. I hang around hipointfirearmsforums.com a lot and we have a section over there for acronyms and definitions of firearms related terminology for the n00bs and it does help a lot. I think it would be a good addition, what do you guys think?

We could use a strictly "technical terminology / mechanics 101" thread somewhere IMO.

Personally I think it'd be great to have an entire FAQ section
