1. Take a stock 1NZ throttle body, and drill out the rivets that hold the plastic controller to the body. Do the same thing with your 1ZZ throttle body.
2. Chip away the protective sealant on the 1ZZ's adjustment screw. 3. Use small bolts/nuts to install the 1NZ "chip" (black plastic end) onto the 1ZZ throttle body. 4. adjust the screw as needed. The screw determines how open the plate is at idle. If you're revving too high at idle you'll have to back this off by adjusting the screw. Disconnect the battery for a while to force your motor to go into relearn mode (I can't remember how long). Does that help?
