I've always thought of a 4-door sedan as a family car rather than a commuter, but congratulations on your purchase! I hope you were able to pay cash for both vehicles so that you haven't walked from one car loan into another, though.
The Sonata seems to be a well built car. I had one for a few days once as a rental (they "upgraded" me from the much more efficient Accent; gee, thanks, guys) and was quickly impressed by it. I honestly never expected Hyundai to amount to much but they have been doing well lately.
