Get new rubbers. That should give you better control of your acceleration and prevent unwanted complications.

Whaaa... Sue Toyota b/c you are doin your part to help the floundering US economy
 WTF  I mean come on ( pardon the pun ) But if the Yaris drove itself with you in it, then I guess you have a kidnap case , maybe . I don't know if a machine can be charged with kidnapping .
