Back from the dead. This is exactly what I was asking. I have no upgrades whatsoever, and the car tracks all over the place when it's windy. Cali, no upgrades the car handles terrible. It would therefore lend itself that with "minimal upgrades" it would handle like a dream. Right? That's pretty obvious I thought, hence me asking. Thanks for the holier than thou approach.
