As you can see, it is not me who is making said mountain (or interested in doing so). I am, however, trying to help protect a brand that I happen to be a supporter of.

Having one (allegedly) faulty pulley (out of hundreds if not thousands of pulleys made by NST) potentially damage the reputation of a company that is backed by the tuning/performance scene in general but also these forums in particular doesn't seem like fair treatment to me, especially since we don't have enough facts about this particular case to reach any kind of conclusion either way.

Also, having someone post a potentially damaging post without consulting with the fabricator first doesn't seem fair to me either. But I guess that's just me.
