In that case the problem is either with the hatch lock assembly or is wiring related. I would start by removing the plastic hatch trim to inspect the lock assembly and its wiring. The same two outputs of the "door control relay assembly" go to all of the doors and the hatch, so it definitely isn't a problem with the relay assembly.
